Privacy policy
USjunkmail.com has created this privacy policy in order to
demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. The following discloses
our information gathering and dissemination practices for the
USjunkmail.com site.

subpoena, or court order, or in special cases such as a physical
threat to you or others. We will never use or sell information we
collect about you for any purpose other than those outlined below. Any
cookies placed on your computer will not be used or sold for
commercial purposes.
IP Addresses
and Cookie Technology
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server,
and to administer the site. Your IP address is used to gather broad
demographic information. On certain Web pages, we may use a certain
type of "cookie" — known as a "session" cookie — to help you use our
Web site interactively. Cookies are data a Web site can send to your
browser. Session cookies are kept in your browser's memory and are
removed after your browser session is over. We may use session cookies
to improve your interaction with selected pages on the site. We do not
use session cookies to track or personally identify users.
We do make use of "persistent" cookies — another type of cookie
that, when used, is stored on your hard drive and can be used to track
Web users over time and across Web sites. If you check the box on our
login form that says "Remember Me", you are agreeing to place a cookie
onto to your hard drive. This cookie is used to store your login to
the site so you may be logged in automatically when you return. The
cookie is also used to track your participation in certain campaigns,
such as email campaigns and petition campaigns. This information is
provided so you may track your interaction with the New American
Dream.
To protect your privacy, be sure to close your browser completely
after you have finished visiting a Web site that uses cookies. If you
are using a shared computer and are concerned about protecting your
personal information, simply do not check, or if you have already
checked it, uncheck, the box labeled "Remember Me".
If you are concerned about the potential use of information
gathered from your computer by cookies, you can set your browser to
identify and/or reject cookies. These settings are usually located
under "Tools" on your browser toolbar.
Collected
Information
When you register for the site we ask you to create a username and
create a password. We ask for your email as your username because 1)
it is unique to you and 2) it is easy for you to remember. We require
a password because even if you choose to give us no further personal
information, the site is highly interactive and there are several
areas where a person might "spoof" (pretend to be you) your identity
and cause offense or embarrassment.
If you purchase any item from USjunkmail.com, you will be required
to enter your name and address. This is solely for shipping purposes
and will not be revealed to other users of the site; unless you choose
to make it public by editing your site profile. Through this profile
you may choose to make your city and state public—this will allow
other site users to see it when viewing your public profile. No other
parts of your address will ever be made public.
Demographic
Data
All demographic data requested is optional. The only data that would
ever be displayed in your public profile are your age (calculated when
you input your date of birth) and gender you may choose to keep that
information private. Any other demographic data will only be used
internally and in the aggregate to help us mold our campaigns and
offerings— none of this data will ever be shared.
Public
Forums and Profiles
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal
information online - for example on message boards, through e-mail, or
in your public profile- that information can be collected and used by
others. In short, by posting personal information online that is
publicly accessible, you may receive unsolicited messages from other
parties.
Other Usage
of Profile Information
By answering any of the descriptive questions in the "tell us about
yourself" section of your user profile, you agree to allow this
information to be posted in your public profile. Also, you grant
USjunkmail.com permission to use these responses throughout the
website. The responses will be attributed to your user handle or name
if the make public box is checked next to these. Also if you have
chosen to make your location (city and/or state) public, that will be
included in the attribution. If you have not checked the box to allow
your name and/or location information to be used publicly, the
responses will be attributed to "anonymous PCI card holders".
Your Consent
By using the site, you agree that USjunkmail.com may collect
and use the information described above. If we change our privacy
policy, we will post the changes on this page so you are always
informed about what information we collect, how we use it, and under
what circumstances we disclose it. Your continued use of the site
after a change has been posted will constitute your agreement to such
change in the privacy policy. Please review this privacy policy
periodically as it may be supplemented.
