refresh
What do you mean by “refresh” my mailbox?
Refresh your postal mailbox with USJunkmail.com. We have a
copyrighted convenient online system which enables USJunkmail.com,
along with your limited help, to quickly notify unwanted junk
mailers to delete your name and information from their databases.
The unwanted junk mailers now become responsible and liable for
deleting all of your information from their databases. By
deleting your unwanted junk mail, you can regain control of your
mailbox and refresh it with what you want to receive.
Does
Does getting rid of junk mail interfere with my bills and other
important mail?
Absolutely not. Our services are designed to eliminate junk mail,
only. Your bills, important mail, and personal letters come in 1st
class mail, which will not be affected.

Our services only cost $2.95/month.

We accept checking account ACH,
monthly electronic withdrawal, only.
cancel
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. While we welcome you to use our services, you can cancel at
any time. We have a 30 day no risk guarantee policy. If, for any
reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can
cancel within 30 days and receive a 100% credit refund. Thereafter,
you can cancel at any time without obligation. In order to cancel,
simply follow the terms of the Customer Agreement and e-mail us at
support@USJunkmail.com
. Once cancelled, we will no longer notify the
various junk mailers of your request to be removed from their
databases or mailing lists. If you cancel, we cannot guarantee junk
mailers will not start mailing you again or that you will not be
included in other junk mail programs.
when
How long should it take to see a decrease in my junk mail?
Because there are over 5,000 mass marketers who periodically update
their databases, you may see a slight reduction in a few weeks, but
realistically it should take 3-5 months to see significant
reductions in your junk mail. While our systems are set up to
promptly notify junk mailers and demand your removal from their
mailing lists immediately, many junk mailers only review their
“opt-out” lists on a quarterly basis, so it may take a little time.
blockall
May I ask you to attempt to block all junk mail permanently?
Working together with you, our goal is to reduce or eliminate that
junk mail which you direct us to remove from your mailbox. At your
direction and with your help, we can make aggressive efforts to
have your name removed from all currently known junk mail lists.
However, it must be remembered that direct mail and mass marketing
are expanding businesses with a wide array of affiliates who
constantly update their lists, especially if you are re-entered
into their databases which can happen for a number of
surprisingly simple reasons. So, it is important for you to
re-visit our site periodically (about every 6-12 months) to assure
that our requests are being heeded by the junk mailers and data
brokers. Of course, despite our efforts, we cannot insure or
guarantee that all junk mailers will lawfully comply with our
requests and demands nor can we assure that all junk mail will be
completely eradicated. However, we can implement varying degrees of
notification to junk mailers, including legal notices to help
enforce compliance.
select
May I select some specific junk mailers to block, and yet keep
certain mail, such as specific catalogs, that I still would like to
receive?
Yes. Our systems are designed to regain control of your mailbox
by prohibiting specified junk mail, but upon your request to notify
those individual mailers or catalogers whose mail you still wish to
receive. Please designate those mailings that you wish to keep or
add by submitting it on our “keep” tab. Because some junk mailers
have an “all or nothing” policy as it relates to removal of your
name from their marketing lists, it may be necessary for you to
re-visit our site periodically to again notify those mailers whose
products you still wish to receive. We always recommend that you
periodically re-visit our site in order to assure that you are
receiving what you want to be receiving.
notify
Will you notify the junk mailers or will I have to occasionally
contact them?
We are able to contact a number of junk mailers on your behalf;
however, there may be occasions when we will request that you
assist us by following up with a provided online link. These are
primarily for the larger junk mailer clearing houses, which have a
number of different mailings. Typically, you just have to click on
the provided link and submit your name, address, phone no., email,
and 1 or 2 fields of information that we may not have received from you.
Most all of these junk mailer links clearly state that the
information will not be used for any purposes other than the
removal of your name from their database.
For PCI card holders who want to get rid of only a portion of their junk
mail, it typically requires the submission of information on about
3-5 links, and this can be done in about 5-10 minutes, at your
convenience. For PCI card holders who want to get rid of most all junk mail,
it normally requires the submission of information on about 8-10
provided links, which can be done in about 15-20 minutes of time.
Of the over 5,000 mass marketers, DMA is one of the only ones which
charges a fee, $1.00, to be deleted from their data base online,
but you can use a postcard or our downloadable letter that can be
sent to them at a cost of a stamp and an envelope, instead.
Over 90% of all junk mail deletions can be done online with our
provided links. There are limited junk mailers who require a phone
call or letter. In these situations, we will notify you and provide
you with the necessary information. Our priority is to help you
regain control of your mailbox as conveniently as possible.
block
If I ask to block a catalog or other junk mail, may I later
change my mind and request that it be sent to me?
Yes. However, we always recommend that you visit the websites of
the advertisers instead of ordering their mailers or catalogs
because by ordering their mailings, you may inadvertently
re-activate yourself onto different databases.
sticker
Can't I just place a “No Advertising Allowed” or other
such sticker on my mailbox in order to avoid junk mail?
Even though Germany, France, Canada, and most other environmentally
conscious countries allow for this simple solution, it is not
allowable on mailboxes in United States. Federal laws and
regulations prohibit the placement of notices, stickers or decals
on mailboxes as they are considered federal property. By no means
will we make efforts to interfere with or impede the lawful
delivery of mail by the USPS. Instead, we wish to lessen the
significant burden placed on our postal carriers and offices of
annually delivering hundreds of millions of tons of unwanted and
unsolicited mail. Our focus remains on the mailers, mass marketers,
personal data collectors and list brokers that are behind junk
mail.
spam
As part of your services, do you help rid me of Internet spam
and telephone solicitations?
No. There are specific federal and state laws and regulations that
govern Internet and telephone advertising schemes, but our program
is specifically directed at reducing postal junk mail.

US
Are your services available everywhere in the United States?
No. Even though our services are available in some 45,000 postal
zip codes, there may be some locales where we are inaccessible. We
will notify you at enrollment if service cannot be provided.
age
How old is USJunkmail.com, Inc.?
USJunkmail.com, Inc. was established in 2004. It is owned by the
same management company which owns and operates a number of
Internet based companies servicing over 1,000,000 professional care
providers and thousands of PCI card holders every year.
complaints
Does USJunkmail.com, Inc. have any complaints with any agencies or
consumer organizations?
U.S.Junkmail.com, Inc. is properly registered with all relevant
state and federal regulatory agencies. Our current complaint rate
is less than 1/1000 of 1% of all visitors and PCI card holders who visit our
site.
websites
Why do you recommend visiting company websites instead of
ordering or re-ordering catalogs?
We strongly recommend not re-activating the actual mail piece, but
instead visiting the company's website. Most junk mailers have
websites with the same or very comparable products and discounts.
We can assist you in finding these particular websites. The reason
for this recommendation is that by submitting a request to be put
on a mailing list can actually get your sensitive information
re-activated into different database systems, thus, prompting the
possibility of getting more un-invited junk mail.
off
How can I keep my name and address off of future lists?
In an effort to help you maintain control of your mailbox and
protect your family's sensitive information, we recommend visiting
our Tips and Suggestions section in our PCI card holders section. It is
filled with lots of techniques that can help you stay off of junk
mailers' lists.
usps
Is U.S.Junkmail.com, Inc. in opposition to the USPostal Service?
No. USJunkmail.com's priority is to help consumers and postal
carriers reduce the amount of un-invited junk mail in postal
mailboxes. As long as mail has proper postage and is lawful, the US
Postal Service nor its carriers can control the delivery of
un-wanted postal junk mail. Our systems go to the root of the
problem, the companies that produce the junk mail. Each postal carrier, carries over 20
tons of junk mail every year. Our program helps lighten this load,
saves you and the postal carrier's time, helps protect your
identity, helps protect the environment, and helps junk mailers
reduce expenses and waste, all at the same time.
100
Can you guarantee that 100% of my junk mail will be deleted?
No, but we can help you get rid of a large percentage of it. This
$200 billion dollar industry is entwined with over 5,000 mass
marketers; the 3rd largest employer in the United States, Junk mail
companies having 1-10 year binding contracts with manufacturers,
equipment leases, and clients, thousands of
companies compiling your family’s personal and sensitive
information, Governmental financial bailouts to the US Postal
Service for deficits, and the matter of historical consumer
acceptance. And now, with the National Do Not Call Registry,
anti-spamming laws, satellite TV and radio, and the Internet many
mass marketers are being forced to "re-visit" junk mail.
Unfortunately, it would be unrealistic to guarantee 100% deletion
of junk mail. However, with your help, we can guarantee that we
will do what ever we can to help you reduce your postal junk mail.
Because we have developed a number of techniques including state of
the art online programs, relationships with many junk mailers,
simplified online deletion systems, state and federal laws in your
favor, and penalties for junk mailers who refuse to cooperate - we
have a number of readily available solutions available for you.
In the event your unwanted junk mail does not decrease to your
satisfaction after implementing our online procedures, we have more
aggressive techniques which can be implemented. These techniques
put the liabilities on the junk mailers and provide the necessary
recourse to make them stop. For details, please email
Support@USJunkmail.com.
move
What should I do if I move after I subscribe?
Any time you move, your local post office will ask you to fill out
a “Change of address” card. This card seems very unassuming, but
the USPostal Service actually makes this data available twice a
month to about 2 dozen of the largest database companies who want
to “update” their records. There is a box which you can check on
this card, prohibiting the outside use of your information, it is
very important to check this box. As for USJunkmail.com, you will
just want to update your personal profile information. There is a
good likelihood that the address you are moving to may already have a
large amount of junk mail, so you may have to do some maintenance
of your new mailbox.
info
What do you do with the information you gather about me?
We make the guarantee that the information you submit on our
secured site will be used exclusively for the purpose of helping
you reduce your postal junk mail. We do not resell our lists or
make it available to any other unrelated organizations.
